Registered my card they did the R1 transaction to verify card no problem.

Then placed order for a car to get to a meeting it then processed the payment reversed it and stated they still verifying payment method.

I tried another tow times only for them to take payment and never send the vehicle.

Tried contacting support the chat loaded person entered the chat but never messaged waited q0 min no response.

Tried again only for your app to fail and not allow me to click on the chat function so unable to open support.

R150 down, missed meeting no support whatsoever shocking you have messed up entire work day now I'm stuck sitting somewhere with no means of working trying to organise a lift back with a friend.
