Left phone in bolt Lisbon

,hello I left my phone in the bolt taxify this afternoon around 3 pm and I cant contact the driver because obviously i dont have a phone. I have tried emailing and contacting all the support resources and dont kow what else to do. Ridiculous that I cant contact him directly without my phone, if thats whats lost contact on +*** or email on *** please and help me solve this, thank you
