Left Phone In Bolt Car & Driver Is Unreachable

On Sunday (27/11/2022) I took an Uber ride with friends to Sandton from Pretoria, and left my phone in the car by mistake.

The driver rushed us out and decided to not end the ride all the way back to Pretoria without us inside and I ended up being charged R667 for the ride, which is ridiculous and completely unprofessional.

The drivers name is Peter and he drives a Hyundai Accent.

I tried to contact the Bolt team to ask him about my phone via the app and they claim they were unable to reach him.

It is unacceptable that you as the company cannot get ahold of your drivers. How do you hold them accountable? I have heard one too many stories from people around me from similar situations happening to them. Isn't there any way in which you keep track of your drivers? So because he is not responding you have absolutely no way of reaching him?

How do you expect us to trust your company if you hold no accountability to your drivers and you cant reach them?
