Left my phone at the front seat with the Bold driver.

I left my phone at the front seat with the driver and he claims that he didn't see it, i logged a call with Bolt Support and nothing is being done about this,

i asked them to give me the drivers contact number and they give me a number that doesn't work at all, they don't even bother to check if i managed to find the driver, they just don't care.
