KN32PLGP driver Samukelo

This driver took my phone by force and i reported him to bolt and they said he was blocked as they required a case number and proof that i was on that trip. He is now evading police and still taking trips, so as customers how are we supposed to feel safe when using your services? Please act on this before anything worse than a customer being ****** and make sure your drivers are held accountable for their actions.
