Joy Ride on mh expense WOW bolt

I have a bolt business account and I'm actually starting to get very annoyed, I have 10 staff members that is being transported around 1am because of their shifts , now I had my one staff that was dropped off but the driver is still running my bill up .....I can even call him because the automated phone system that connects Me the driver keeps dropping my calls not the first time last time my one staff was picked up by a driver who had other passengers in the car as he is running his own shuttle services on my expense this is crazy as most of my staff are woman safety is very important, I had reports of reckless driving but this guy is still ringing my bill up as im watching where he is going...some are changing addresses on their own accord ....can't vall support nor mail cos they respond forever my administrator tries to help but come now bolt there is so much the poor lady can take I wonder uf I'll be paid back my money
