I've got a big complaint about Bolt

I've got a big complaint about Bolt. I've actually deleted the app. A few times I'd be quoted a certain amount. But when I reach my destination, the fee is higher! It's ridiculous. So I wrote an e-mail to them, saying how I felt. Until now, there's no response from them. That was about a week ago. I let this issue go numerous times. But the last time, I had to give the driver all the cash I had on me *and* I still owed him a R10!!! I just had enough and I've decided to no longer support them. *Thank you and have a nice day Hellopeter!*
