Items lost and bolt is failing me

In the evening of the 18th August 2024, I requested a bolt trip from 9 Zimbabwe street in Cosmo City, to 108 Nigeria street Cosmo, it was a R40 trip which I paid via card payment... Upon arrival I left my Grey handbag in the car, and only noticed after 10 minutes or so, I immediately called the driver, he told me he can't see anything in his car, Bag had R4000. My ID card My license My bank cards My partners bank cards and ID card too My medication My other phone My work keys,

I contacted bolt support, they told me the driver didn't see that and there is nothing they can do.
