Driver never arrived & refused to answer calls - Horrific service

I booked Bolt to collect a parcel from Cosmo City and drop it off in Fourways. The driver accepted the ride and arrived completed the trip but she was no were to be found. Stood by the gate so for over 40 minutes up to now the driver run away with my the percel. I need urgent help on this matter.

I tried calling the driver numerous times, but she refused to answer. The vehicle details are: Car: Suzuki S-Presso Color: White Code: MR45RTGP

To make matters worse, I tried calling Bolt customer service for assistance, but they were completely unhelpful and offered no solution I mean this is urgent there are just saying will get back to you we ve contact the driver I mean there are not helpful at all.

This is absolutely horrific and pathetic service. I wasted my time waiting and had no communication from either the driver or your support team. I expect better than this. Please investigate this driver and attend to this matter urgently.
