Irresponsive bolt driver

What a terrible service from a bolt driver by the name of Bongani driving a Renault kwid, blue lc-65-gr-gp. I have ordered him to come pick me up and paid R79 via Apple Pay but the guy never pitched for an hour.

He’s not picking up my calls and I won’t cancel this ride and get overcharged for service not rendered.

I have proof of his lack of better sevice
