Irresponsible Bolt Driver. Reg number LG41HSGP

Driving home on a school run the 12/4/2024 around 15:30. Nearly had a collision with a silly little orange Bolt car as it proceeded to jump a robot intersection, and then a 2nd intersection. All this with a passenger in it too! I then confronted the driver only be to flipped the bird! Is this the standard of drivers, do they actually have valid licenses, do they understand the road rules. Not sure how a ridiculous vehicle like that would stand up to 3 tons in a collision. Bolt dont even have contact details on the web either.
