Involved in car accident using bolt

I’ve never experienced any bad service with bolt until I was involved in a car accident during active trip to my place. An ambulance was called and picked me up I was injured arm bone broken. when I requested a bolt to cover my hospital bills.initially they requested reference number and the accident report I gave them waited for a response.

Here is the response I’ve received

Bolt is currently evaluating the scope of our in-trip insurance to ensure it meets the needs of our users. As part of this process, in-trip insurance is temporarily unavailable in South Africa except for Disability & Accidental Death cases.

Bolt understands the importance of this coverage and are working diligently to review and update the policy. We will notify you as soon as the insurance is available again.
