Insults from a bolt driver ..

Requested a ride on Friday in jhb .. And tried to get the driver my exact location when the GPS wasn't giving him the right location .. and I got an insult of my life from this guy April Skosana .. CZ12TPGP .. he insulted me so badly I was shocked what kind of a man who does that and still carry people around .. he is so rude and inhuman.. how donwe know if he is actually a bolt driver maybe a hijacker.. tried to contact customer service just get emails piling in.. bolt needs proper service.. Very disappointed..
