*****ING DRIVERS

Don't use this taxi service. Their drivers are ****mers. I was made to pay triple the fare for a trip that I later found was set to canceled. Yet the driver took me to my destination and money was exchanged. I was charged R395 for a trip that's usually around R100. In fear of my safety I paid and got out the vehicle immediately. I want the country and BOLT'S Managers to know that your drivers are out to harm and ***** from unsuspecting people rather than provide a good service. Your support service staff are also useless at resolving or even investigating one's issues. I hope you all go bankrupt and loose your jobs!
