Inflated amount charged

Good day,

Yesterday I requested for a bolt from Toekomsrus to Honeydew which was R208. When we approached Uncle Harry's I asked the driver to make a uturn and dropped me back in Toekomsrus. He did as I requested.

What surprised me is the fact that he said the short trip is R208 which I paid. My app showed R59 to and R59 from uncle Harry's which calculate R118.

I send a complain to Bolt which was not resolved due to unprofessionalism.

I am highly disappointed!
