Incorrectly Debiting my account - However blame me

If there was a minus-star rating, they would be getting from me. I have tried to resolve over-debits with them over the past few days. Not only do they have the nerve to be unprofessional they tell me the security breach is my issue. Please can you tell me how it is my issue when they incorrectly debited my account? I have asked nicely and tried to sort it out with them. I myself did a recon and sent it to them, yet that is not good enough and it is my problem. I am disappointed at disgusted to think that they refuse to take any responsibility at all.
