Incorrect payment

Trip was R92 but amount deducted R287, they sent me to the bank saying it is a pre authorization, the bank confirmed that R287 is cleared to Bolt. Even now I have not received my R195 bank, instead they keep the chat open and keep on changing agent and I must explain same thing over and over😡😡
