Inconvenience of your driver's

I have been inconvenienced now the 8th time where driver's are asking for cash and say to the passengers cancel the trip than we get charged for cancelation and charged the full amount for a trip that didn't happen cause of certain driver's who work for you'll and your company doesn't give a damn,I must wait 14 days for my money and yet make plan for money to get home that's really ****,i will never recommend anyone to use your company
