*********** Bolt Driver

I have just had the worst experience ever. Bolt driver Thokozani driving a Nissan Almera FS45ZBGP. This person is a ********. He accepted my ride and never showed up but just put arrived at destination. He was actually driving in the wrong direction. I paid using my card. Why accept a ride and not show up? Now I was very late for my doctor's appointment because of such incompetence and theft. Please ban this driver. Please do not take a ride from this *****. Such drivers will make us move away from using Bolt. I need my full refund PLEASE
