Inappropriate comments by driver

My daughter recently travelled using Bolt in East London EC, and she didn't feel comfortable with the driver. She kept herself busy on her phone and the driver started asking her inappropriate questions about why she was so nervous. He then asked her if she thought he would chop her up and put her in a suitcase, which was absolutely uncalled for cosidering what had happened in East London recently. I'm appalled at the unprofessionalism of some drivers. Unfortunately she relies on taxi services when she has no other options. I even fear mentioning the name of the driver as her obviously knows where she lives.
