If you Lost Items you will never get them, and Bolt doesn't care about customers.

Bolt is not safe, when you forget stuff you never get it back. The reporting service/customer service is not helpful, they ignore customers, their messaging has no time nor date to record when you sent inquiry or complaint. No customer service number nor email to reach them. Even when you forget stuff you can't contact driver only in the app, they will ignore you till the 24 hour period lapses and their app closes the channel for you to contact driver. The rest is history you won't be given contact of driver nor get your lost stuff. Many instances when you request paying with card they can just take your money and never pitch, In essence Bolt is not a secure app and their service is very poor.
