I'd like to lay a formal complaint agains your driver Thembinkosi, who has taken two phones and held them for 48 hours after the below trip was concluded. The cash trip was supposed to be paid for by a third party but he was unable to do that at the time. I spent the whole day yesterday calling the driver, trying to get him to come and get his money and give me my phones. He refused. Instead he demands that I pay him R1500 for a R81 trip. Needless to say, this will not happen hence my complaint this morning.

I have been advised to open a case against Taxify with SAPS and furthermore, get the the drivera arrested for theft. The driver has been so rude and playing games is not my thing. He has been switching my phone on and off just to spite me. I was tracking it online and I could see most of the activities he's doing. Should there be any data or money used from my phone, you will also have to pay for that. How can you take phones worth more than R10k for a R81 trip?

I would like this matter resolved immediately as I have lost a lot of money in the last 24 hours, I have not been able to work or conduct any of my businesses because of this. As a regular customer, I'm so disappointed in the manner in which your drivers conduct themselves. They are always trying to ****** money from us and your management never seems to reprimand them, they ALWAYS get away with either robbing, raping or insulting us. This is why people would rather use Uber, to avoid being in dangerous situations.
