I want my things back

I left a package inside the bolt, i contacted the driver her said he would look for it Sunday, meaning i have to wait 3 days for him to check. I tried calling on the bolt app and privately he is not responding to my calls. I tried complaining to bolt but there are not clear or proper challenges i can follow to my a complaint and that is why bolt drivers get away such things it very frustrating to have to deal with such and after a spent to much money on that bolt.
