I want my refund back

I requested a bolt ride from swartkop centurion north to kempton park on 03 April 2025 around 14:00 I was charged R260.00 money was debited on my account

the ride was cancelled by the driver

I cancelled the second ride as it was too far

R19.00 was debited on my account for cancellation

I was not refunded
