Im not happy with the service that i got from 1 of your drivers ,i requested to go to prime view olifantsfontein from 21 namane street which is 5 minutes away from my place,i requested when i was at my place then my driver Alueani Hadzhi a minute after i requested send me a message asking me to go to the robots,which i did not feel that it was not safe for me and my kids,she kept delaying but i patiently waited for her because a had already paid with my bank card,she picked us up after 15 minutes when i got to my destination she reversed my R29.00 payment and made a payment of R68.00 from my account,i tried calling her she didn't answer i guess she did that intentionally,i want my money i can never pay that insane payment
