I want my money back i was charged for cancelling a trip because of the drivers that are *********** i sent bolt an email to explain my dissatisfaction and i have not heard anything from them since yesterday morning i want a refund their service sucks its bad especially when using a debit card they take advantage i had to wait for a car outside for 30min the driver was not moving
