I want my full refund

I requested for a ride from Birchleigh in Kempton park to Glen marais and the trip costed R48 in which it was taken when the driver confirmed but he went to refuel. A few moments after I was dropped off , R82 and R42 was taken from my account by Bolt , I was over charged for something out of my control . I still have not been fully refunded. I want to be refunded immediately !
