I waa shouted at and treated badly by a bolt driver yesterday afternoon and was even charged extra for waiting time yet I informed the driver beforehand I'm visually impaired and won't see car but he just got there and looked at me after a while shouted at me to get in the car or he'll cancel ride💔💔
