I requested a ride this morning, and they took their money from my account

I requested a ride this morning, and they took their money from my account. As soon as the destination was reached, they took the same amount again from my accout, what for? Now they say its a holding fee, it should reverse in 10 days. I need the money now, why are they not upfront with their processes???
