I requested a ride on the 31st may 2021 around Rosslyn area

I requested a ride on the 31st may 2021 around Rosslyn area . Petrus Moloto offered to pick me up. As I was waiting for the ride and it was 2 minutes away and the driver just passed the entrance where I was. I send him a message and he did not respond. I then called him and some guy answered and said the owner of the profile will call you. After the call the trip was canceled. This was a huge inconvenience as I had already waited for 30 minutes for a ride that did not come. I will say bolt service around Rosslyn is bad as I have never gotten a ride on countless occasions.
