I get paid through *** sometimes

Methuli Keith Ngxongo of license number ***Z07401. I got a ride in the early hours of the morning from this particular individual. I was chatting to him as my usual chatty self and for the sake of transparency I tell him that where I was the was no electricity subsequently forgot my wallet and my phone was about to go flat and would need to send him a Cash send before anything happened. He started telling me about how other people use *** to pay him sometimes. I for one thought this was an inappropriate topic but brushed it off and sympathised with him instead. He refused my cash send saying people reverse them I was offended and offered the solution of getting someone at my destination to come and pay for the trip. I later realize my phone was left in his vehicle and contact him before 24hours was up. I specifically said if he found himself around the places he found and Left me to bring my phone. He again as though determined to misunderstand me he says he to request another vehicle from his home to my place to pay for. He has still not brought the phone. I'm trying to contact support on the Link from the email I received it does not allow me to log this query.
