I feel ******...but o****

I just want to make a complaint about my last 2 Bolt/Taxify trips they were both estimated at around R150-R160 but on both trips i ended up paying between R220-R230. Now i completely understand that the app simply gives an estimation but both were off around R80 and all I can think is what if i didnt have enough money on me? Because we actually use their estimations to see if we can or cannot afford a trip AND youll only see find out the real cost when you reach your destination. My point here is if Bolt/Taxify gives people an estimated cost of the trip id expect it to be off by R50 max but my God off by almost R100 on 2 consecutive trip... I feel kinda ******/ mislead/falsely lured in.

Anyways on a brighter side both drivers I encountered were super friendly and the trips were great overall but for Christs sakes if you give us cost estimations atleast make it fair you cant under estimate so badly and hold people accountable to pay so so so much extra work on your estimations to avoid people being unable to pay when they reach their destinations because they dont have enough money.

PS: i tried to write this review directly to bolt but the app doesnt have an option to rate the app but only has one to rate the drivers
