I deleted my bolt app, bad experience

I had worst experience yesterday, I was in parow center, requested my drive, immediately sent a text to let him know the entrance I am in, he didn't reply decided to wait on what ever entrance he was in, then he canceled the ride, now I was charged for cancelation and the actual trip amount, waited since yesterday for my refund even now nothing, they mustn't hire people who can't work truthful with ppl.
