I always was pro Bolt

I always was pro Bolt. However, I climbed into a taxi at 2am, leaving work, to find 2 guys in taxi, then tried to hustle me to cancel trip and cash send them the money, due to loadshedding, I could not cancel ride, as they left it to climb by about another R40 after dropping me. Noting that the fee increases by 3 when drivers are scarce. Granted they answered my message, regarding monies, but not a word about the driver. A driver should be repremanded, or quite frankly barred. Another thing, they need to check the drivers of the drivers, vs the acc holder. Some of these guys really did not pass the test, as they seem totally inexperienced as drivers. These guys should have PDP's.... Question .... Do they????
