How do I recover bolt driver's registration to report theft

How long does it take for bolt support to assist a passenger? 2days ago on the 25/01/2022 I shared a ride with my friend and forgot my phone, we have been contacting the driver and he been promising to bring it back early mornings but he didn't show up yesterday and still nothing today, we been calling his phone rings but he never pick up anymore we also left messages worst part today I didn't even go to work because I wanted to collect my phone personally from him ..we have also sent emails to Bolt support and waiting ..I really don't know what to do anymore. Please help how do I get the driver's number plate since it's not showing in ride history even from the email receipt ride details are there but the number plate is not available. I will also try to reach out to the police station for help tomorrow morning to report this case and how do I get the driver's registration number for tracing?
