Hostile driver.

Driver became very hostile when decided to change the route and when asked he got very hostile and angry. All I said is that he should have communicated insted of just changing routes. He then became very angry and hostile towards me, saying a lot of disposable things to me. He even went as far as telling me it's his car he will do whtever he wants it's his car, and that I came to cause drama. I told him he is rendering a service that I'm paying for. With everuthing that's happening in the world regarding women and children at the hands of men, today showed me that we have a long way to go as country because we have ******** men who think a womens safety being heightened from change routes is "causing drama" I'm speachless and lost for words. Bolt doesn't take their customers serious, it's been 2 weeks experiencing the worst treatment from their drivers and when I report incident I'm told "we are sorry for your experience".
