Horrid experience with bad driver and additional fees

Terrible experience and no assistance from bolt

I was charged twice ,plus an additional R19 yet a rude driver cancelled the trip because I refused to sit in the front seat with him,

I felt rather unsafe as a woman and had a horrid experience with this driver.
