Horrible services from bolt

They don't deserve even one star. You order a bolt services and they just drive by and the waiting times increases. Then I got a driver thereafter picks me up and then to say sorry I'm going to the ****ing office, I can't take you as I'm going the other direction. ***. Now I'm even more late. And to top it off they charge me. Get your **** together. It looks like any idiot can be a driver. I won't be using their services but pay more with uber. Also their standard of cars are so poor. I do hope they fail and other service providers be more successful than bolt.
