HORRIBLE SERVICE RECEIVED !!!!

I have ordered food from Plus Lyndhurst at 9h41 for delivery since 9h49 a courier was assigned an hour later the courier only collected the order. I tried to complain but its a lost case ! so estimated time of delivery was 11h04 . more then a hour and 15 minutes late ... they didnt wait an hour and 15 minutes to debit my account . totally unacceptable service received !! when i complain the helpdesk is tracking my order which i can do myself !! an hour and nearly 20 minutes for an order from Plus Lyndhurts to be deilvered and if you try to phone them they dont answer !!!
