Horrible service every Sunday

I have requested for a Bolt on Sunday morning and I was double charged by the app and i was only refunded the cancelation fee when bank payment was already taken and not corrected or paid back into my account. This is all because of thier drivers horrible services of wanting to charged a person twice. I want my money paid back to my account
