Horrible service

I requested a ride. I wait outside driver doesn't pitch im charged R20 cancellation fee no call or message . I report this to them and they tell me driver was here and will investigate the communication. My banking app shows a fee of R44 I ask them about and they tell its a temporary hold and could take 30 days for me to get my money back. I've never been more disappointed in bolt their service has gone to the pits.
