HORRIBLE SERVICE

Waited for him for 15 minutes after he said he was at the pick up point. Then found him parked far away and had to walk, got to him and he was very arrogant and when I asked him os he my driver he was lying in his car looking at me as if I am crazy. He asked me where are you going I told him and showed him the Bolt app and that he is my driver. He said CANCEL it my phone died. And just when I left started his car and drove away !
