Horrible Bolt service

I booked a driver from a local mall in my area Palmridge, I waited for a while as all the drivers would just show as busy after stating how many minutes they are. Eventually a driver was finally on his way, when he was a minute a way I contacted him and he said the app was wrong as he was not gonna pick me up out of fear for the local taxies. I tried to suggest a win win solution which would involve me walking out of the mall with my groceries and go wait outside of the mall where it would be safer. Still that didn't seem to be enough because he just hung up his phone and that was that. Jerry was his name driving an Etios. Horrible experience I must say!!!!
