Horrible

I booked a ride on Saturday, a guy by the name of Monde called to enquire who am I travelling with and before I could respond he mentioned if I will be riding with my boyfriend or alone and I mentioned no but it will be with my daughter. Why would the Monde guy be calling us and asking such uncomfortable questions. Thereafter he cancelled the trip and referred me to someone else. Bare in mind that we never had a problem with Sibusiso the allocated driver. Human trafficking is on the rise and Bolt is now one of those companies that hires such people. How will you be protecting us against such crimes? Is this the kind of service we should expect as customers especially females? Do you screen your drivers and their cars before you hire them in your company?
