Hit and Run

DO NOT EVER USE BOLT!!!!!! My son was involved in a hit and run with one of Bolt drivers driving a black Ford Focus. My son stopped at the stop sign behind him, his car rolled back and hit my son's motorcycle. When my son walked towards the driver he fled the scene with the passenger still in the vehicle. The passenger demanded him to stop and the driver said that he is not going to stop and kept on driving. My son ran back to his motorcycle to follow him but the driver got away. The driver didn't drop the passenger off at her destination, he dropped her off along side the road and left.

When my son wrote a mail to Bolt complaining about what happened, the response that we received was that they are not liable for any vehicle damages.

BOLT, WE DIDN'T ASK YOU TO PAY FOR ANY DAMAGES. The least you could do was to REPRIMAND THE DRIVER of the Black Ford Focus. Is this the type of drivers you are appointing and putting innocent peoples life's in danger when they cause accidents and fleeing from a scene with a passenger in the vehicle, and then they don't even drop the passenger off at their destination. I think it is pathetic and inhuman that BOLT doesn't care about human lives.
