Hiked prices on trips with discounts

On the 5th of December I requested for a ride and it was supposed to be R47 and because there was waiting time and staff the trip increased to R64 which I totally understand now this is where the problem starts I had R40 off or discount then this is how I was supposed to pay (R64-R40=R24) this means I was supposed to pay R24 right but no suddenly the price was hiked to R105 for a trip of 3km and till now no one explained to my why trip was R105.

Therefore they said R105-R40=R65 now this means they hiked the price so that the discount cannot apply meaning I still paid the same amount I was going to pay even without the discount and I requested for a refund of R41 and I was informed that I can only be refunded the R14 of the waiting time here is the case number ….. case number ***

Now today the same thing happened my trip was R28 and I had a discount of R20 this means I only had to pay R8 but no the price was hiked to R49 for a trip of 1km

And I ended up paying R29 that I was initially charged before the discount…. Case number ***

Can you please assist me with a refund for those two trips R41 and R20…I spoke to 5 agents from your support team and they keep closing my case without assisting me (Taye,Faith, Nonye, Chiagoziem and Jennifer) all of them didn’t assist me
