Hijacked vehicle

I’m very disappointed with bolt , my vehicle was hijacked in May, the investigation is in process with saps , they say they cannot provide a letter under oarth, but the driver was registered he has a profile , but they cannot give further information about the trip,and he declined the trip and still claims that he was hijacked, meaning the driver cannot be arrested because of incorrect information
