High quality package ****** by bolt

I been ****** sending a high value parcel via bolt and the drivers name was Ronaldo gene to my client which is very aggravated and irritated in ext 10 Lenasia Friday night ,Bolt never went to the address or delivered the parcel and he put his phone off and I tried contacting bolt which lead me to a bot that cant help and there no bolt helpline or help desk or contact centre in case of serious emergency, useless useless app how many people could have been ****** with bolt trying to get help ,bolt never contact me till today after all my serious queries ,I hold bolt fully responsible for all cost of the package ****** and ride hence how can can our kids fam or goods travel via bolt without bolt if bolt don’t take accountability
