Hi, I have requested a ride from bolt the drivers name is Bongani and his car is a Volkswagen Polo VIVO JN33FFGP, he accepted the ride knowing very well that he can't take me to my destination as he fears for his safety which I understand. What I find unacceptable and very inconveniencing is that he accepted the ride knowing very well that he won't come for the pick up and he doesn't want to cancel the ride meaning I must cancel so that the charges can be on my end.. He wasted more than 40 mins of my time, I'm very unhappy with the service I received.
