Have empathy for your driver's Bolt, Uber,Taxify

Why do Bolt have to block their drivers if their ratings are low. And this time of the month. Some drivers are not own drivers you know. I don't think it's fair. Especially when it's their only means of income. I think that rule is unfair.Then they block the drivers for a week. Who can afford to miss out on a week's salary. The same with Uber and Taxify.
